Job Placement

The IFCPP/LCI team offers a unique variation of professional placement services for institutions seeking security, facility, operations, or similar management candidates.

We begin by helping to formulate a job description that includes necessary requirements for qualification in one of these specialized positions. Then, through our widespread network of institutional and business clientele, as well as professional association affiliations, we post your position offering as a general announcement. We then follow up with direct, personal notices to known job seekers in our extensive network.

When responses begin to arrive, we offer the option of assistance with screening to determine actual qualifications for the particular position. Our knowledge of realistic qualifications in this field is especially helpful.

For management positions, especially where valuable collections and special events are involved, we have found it most productive to conduct special “oral board” interviews to determine candidates’ capability to function under stressful situations. We prepare, orchestrate, and help to conduct final interviews of this type, at your site, with the participation of your designated staff.

After completion of the application process, background verification, personal interviews, and other selected screening methods, we offer our recommendations of qualified candidates.

Placement Services clientele can take advantage of a full array of services, at any stage in the process.
