Brushing Up on Incident Command Protocols Prior to Reopening

In this timely and critically-important session, IFCPP’s Emergency Management Advisor will address best-practice methods in which cultural institutions can update their internal Incident Command framework. While COVID-19 concerns include a vast number of considerations for restaffing and reopening our institutions, Incident Command remains a critical component. Additionally, we still need to prepare to assist emergency responders in a variety of potential emergencies. This session will provide practical guidelines to help you update your existing structure, and enhance current plans.
