Pre-payment through IFCPP online conference registration is required to be eligible for significantly discounted group rates. 

Important to Note: IFCPP conference costs are closely tied to contractual obligations for meetings and lodging at the designated conference hotel. Conference registration fees are calculated based on these commitments, so all conference participants are required to utilize established, discounted conference lodging arrangements. IFCPP has negotiated the best available rates to keep conference fees at a minimum. For those participants choosing to book lodging elsewhere, additional registration fees will be assessed to offset costs. All discounted rooms must be reserved through the IFCPP directly.

Travel Information 

Recommended Arrival & Return: Arrival is recommended for anytime Friday, April 9 to take advantage of pre-conference activities, April 10. The conference ends late the night of Wednesday, April 14, so travel home is recommended for Thursday, April 15.
