Embassy Suites all feature spacious, two-room suites with a separate bedroom and living area, two HD TVs, a microwave, a mini-fridge and a wet bar area. Enjoy made-to-order breakfast, complimentary evening reception, and access to the indoor saltwater pool and fitness center. Private dining, room service, and Starbucks coffee in the lounge are all on offer.

Embassy Suites Denver Downtown are across the street from The Colorado Convention Center and are a five-minute walk from 16th Street Mall and its free MallRide shuttle to Union Station. The Pepsi Center and Coors Field are a mile away.

The registration/booking deadline for discounted lodging is July 29!  

Reservations will be accepted through July 29, first-come, first-served. Nightly rate includes internet and breakfast. Credit card required at check-in for incidental room charges. Early departure fee is $100.

Pre-payment through IFCPP registration is required to be eligible for significantly discounted group rates. Cancellations or changes are accepted up until 48 hours prior to check-in.

Note: IFCPP conference costs are closely tied to contractual obligations for meetings and lodging. Registration fees are calculated based on these commitments, so all conference participants are required to utilize established conference lodging arrangements. IFCPP has negotiated the best available rates to keep conference fees at a minimum. All discounted rooms must be reserved through the IFCPP directly.
