Credit card required at check-in for incidental room charges. Early departure fee is $100. Cancellations or changes are accepted up until 48 hours prior to check-in.

Pre-payment through IFCPP conference registration is required to be eligible for significantly discounted group rates. 

Note: IFCPP conference costs are closely tied to contractual obligations for meetings and lodging. Registration fees are calculated based on these commitments, so all conference participants are required to utilize established conference lodging arrangements. IFCPP has negotiated the best available rates to keep conference fees at a minimum. All discounted rooms must be reserved through the IFCPP directly.
