Pre-payment through IFCPP conference registration is required to be eligible for significantly discounted group rates. 

Important to Note: IFCPP conference costs are closely tied to contractual obligations for meetings and lodging at the designated conference hotel. Conference registration fees are calculated based on these commitments, so all conference participants are required to utilize established, discounted conference lodging arrangements. IFCPP has negotiated the best available rates to keep conference fees at a minimum. For those participants choosing to book lodging elsewhere, additional registration fees will be assessed to offset costs. All discounted rooms must be reserved through the IFCPP directly.                         

                                                                                                                                                                                   

Travel Information 

Recommended Arrival: Friday, June 14 or Saturday, June 15. Pre-conference activities begin the morning of Saturday, June 15.

Airports: Chicago Midway Airport (MDW) is the closest airport to the conference hotel. Chicago O'Hare (ORD) is also a good option.

Rental Car: All major rental car companies available at these airports. Car rentals are not recommended for this conference, as the hotel charges daily/nightly parking fees not included in the room rate ($78.00/night). Most conference activities are within walking distance of the InterContinental conference hotel.
